Food - Southeast Asian

Discovery this week, thanks to Joe at the office - Lau Pa Sat cafe, where I had Nasi Lemak complete with authentic ikan bilis, Kari Ayam, some of the most delicious sambal terung I've ever tasted, and OK sorta satay. Smoke had the "aromatic chicken," deepfried after breading with mango/lemongrass and sesame seeds. Weird. But the Nasi Lemak was fabulous, especially with the chilli blachan and the chaatni and the ikan bilis. Wish it'd been hotter, though. Next time, I'll bring my own chili. Oooh, met a really nice Malaysian woman there, too, with her Indonesian husband.
