War - The Monster Rears His Ugly Head

Why is this abomination of a purported human being allowed to sit in the shadows and weave his webs of deceit and warmongering? Why is he still in the halls of power, whispering poisons such as these into the ear of a shallow incompetent sot with his finger on the doomsday button? McClatchy's Washington Bureau recently reported:

Cheney, who's long been skeptical of diplomacy with Iran, argued for military action if hard new evidence emerges of Iran's complicity in supporting anti-American forces in Iraq; for example, catching a truckload of fighters or weapons crossing into Iraq from Iran, one official said.

Now, we all know that if such evidence doesn't exist, Cheney will happily manufacture it, lie about it, spin it, and try, once again, to force the country into a new war, on a new front, with the same tired old military. A military that is not meeting its recruiting goals, that is redeploying its soldiers repeatedly, that is reducing time off between deployments, that has cannibalized the National Guard, that is sending home corpses, the wounded, crippled, maimed and destroyed, that is recruiting gang members, that has dropped its standards, that is nurturing psychopaths like Stephen Green.

He must be impeached before he can destroy what's left of this country.
