B.A.D. Stroll Through The Blogroll
As we might have intimated yesterday, we were a bit under the weather, so we omitted out usuall blogstrolling post. But, like Dizzy, we're back. Not that y'all care, but we're not linking to Dizzy because she linked to us. We're linking to her because, like us, she's apparently quite skilled at getting lost while driving. We are warning our friends who read our blog not to post snarky comments about how we get lost driving to the store around the corner in the neighbourhood where we've lived for 17 years, OK? Everybody's already heard that story. Thank you.
Fortunately, a body can't get lost on a virtual stroll. So here's some of our fine fellow-bloggers for today:
- Over at LiberalValues, Ron Chusid wonders if Hillary Clinton is going after Obama's pledged delegates, and raises a few more issues on the race.
- Man Eegee over at Latino Politico lists details about a human rights march that will take place over the coming week to protest what he calls "The Great Wall of America." We would like to take this opportunity to point out that the "wall" has been designed to bypass golf courses and the property of the wealthy and connected while cutting into the property of poor residents and intruding into Mexican territory.
- Mike the Mad Biologist is thrilled that physicist and Democrat Bill Foster, formerly of Fermilabs, has won election as Fox Valley's congressional representative against Republican Jim Oberweis, in a Republican stronghold. He minces no words: this is a special election, so Foster faces a challenge in nine months. We need more scientists and fewer idiots representing us in Legislatures everywhere, so listen to Mike!
- Hipparchia reminds us to mark our calendars for the blogswarm on March 19th; and, if you're interested, she blogs the Iditarod!
- Pygalgia takes corrupt slimebag and professional whore Rick Renzi to task for his recent string of sins, and awards him another pig. Plus, there's always this week's boobie to look forward to on that blog.
- If you haven't checked out Maru at WTF? for the humour value, check out today's post on Dana Rohrabacher (Repulsive-CA) accusing the Bush administration of criminality, lying to Congress, and obstruction of justice. ??? Where's the goddamn smelling salts? Rohrabacher, that unabashed creep, hypocrite, weasel, worm, is turning on the Bushistas? We may faint.
