Hillary's speech

Is it just me or does anyone else feel the same way? I thought she gave one hell of a great speech! I could have done without all the God stuff but nonetheless, I thought her delivery was immaculate and the content was perfect. As far as I am concerned, Hillary hit an out-of-the-park grand slam! Great speech! What say you?

Stumble It!

Agreed. I've spent the last several months alternating between irritation, rage, disgust, dislike, and just go away already when it comes to Hillary, but I must say she delivered tonight. Hats off Hill...you did us proud!

I agree, sgtg. I hate it too. I see religion as the big lie. OK, so it gives a lot of people comfort. I'd be happy enough to let 'em if they didn't continually throw it up in our faces like we all love it and believe in it. What it really ends up being is a big crutch for people, especially for those who like to wear it on their sleeves. Instead of praying to do good on that test tomorrow, how about fucking the prayer and studying instead. And when the people in power pray for guidance, that's when we all end up in Iraq with a lot of people paying for that arrogance with their lives. Yeah, I hate religion too.

I like how she totally kicked the PUMA's asses. Anyone who doesn't already realize that PUMA is nothing but a Republican front, a buncha Rush Limbaugh Operation Chaos type ninnies, well, here's your wake up call. They have raised ten million bucks, they say, using Hillary's name, but they haven't given a penny of it to Hill, nor do they support her voting choice.

Fuck 'em.

I was happy to hear both Hillary and Bill's speeches. They both hit them out of the ball park and redeemed themselves in my eyes quite a bit. I was truly relieves to see them do the right thing, especially after the nastiness of the last months of the primaries.

I had great respect for Hillary before she stooped to some shenanigans at the end and then I was dismayed and enraged.

I'm happy to see Joe Biden join the team as the VP candidate. I think he and Obama work well off each other. I wish them well in the next couple of months and hope they can take advantage of McCain's poor judgment in selecting Sarah Palin. What were they thinking?!
