Our wamble through Blogtopia (y,Sctp!), with today's Nuggets o'Wisdom o'th' Commons:
  • Over at WyanBlog poe posts a ton of pitchers of some very brave and sturdy Michiganders holding up their signs in a citizens' protest in what looks to be arse-freezing weather. A hearty thanks to you, poe, and your wonderful fellow-protestors;
  • The Smirking Cat favours us with &mdash we were going to say a gratuitous display of pussy, but decided to be polite and go with "this week's quota of feline charm" instead; apparently Satan's minions are not limited to the locale of La Casa de Los Gatos.
  • Manila Ryce over at The Largest Minority shines a spotlight on the Egyptian police treatment of HIV+ men, something we've meant to blog about for ages, but never gotten around to, dammit! And our tax dollars are supporting this outrage?!?
  • At The Inscription, Gargantua assembles several links into a capsule about Fidel Castro, a man who rid a U.S. client nation of a foul, purchased puppet and his gusanos;
  • And finally, we want to highlight yet again Rebecca Alitsi of Kenya and her blog, SchoolForTheGirls.
This has been your roundup of blogtopia. La Casa de Los Gatos thanks you for your attention.

I say,

where are my manners!

I meant to thank you for the link a few days ago, but was busy at the time (I was at work, horrid hateful soul-destroying work) and it completely slipped my encephalopathic brain-bag. Please accept both my belated thanks, and apologies.

I hope this round-up will be a regular feature.

Yours, etc.

J.K.

I don't know, they were here just a minute ago.

Yer welcome, fella. Yes, we're making it a regular feature - as Skippy pointed out, linking to others raises their ratings, which, in turn, raises ours! It's all good, and everyone benefits.

Etc. yourself.
