2008 Elections: Rank Misogyny

For a wonderful, brilliant takedown of the rank misogyny affecting this election, please go read this.

La Casa de Los Gatos is still not taking a position on which candidate to support, and we're getting pretty damn sick of the hooting and hollering from both sides of the Democratic camp. Alright, awreddy! The sun shines out of your candidate's arsehole. Fine.

Just don't forget that the real, important issue is to make sure that decrepit Metamucil junkie, John McCain, doesn't win while you people are busy taking each other out.

Frankly, we don't give a damn whether it's Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton who sits in that chair. But whatever happens, we cannot afford &mdash the country cannot afford &mdash four or, heaven forbid, eight more years of Bush's disastrous policies. Which is what John McCain is promising us. When he's not calling himself a good liberal. (Something we wouldn't believe if you paid us.)

Please remember that John McCain will loose the Republican attack dogs on whoever the Democratic nominee is. The press, no make that the lapdogs of the mainstream media, will give him a free pass on all his racist, sexist, warmongering, senile comments. The attack dogs will rush about slavering and lying like the filth that they are.

Save your energy for them. Please.

It's gonna drag on forever, I fear. Although Hills just said again as to how she would admire a Unity ticket. I just don't trust her, though. She's absolutely capable of saying what she thinks the electorate wants to hear while putting the knife in Obama a little deeper.

This should not be taken as an endorsement of Obama. I still wish the Mighty Munchkin of Justice had prevailed, and I could have happily supported Edwards in his stead. But between Obama and Clinton I'm staying neutral for now.
