Health - Meat as a Source of Dietary Protein

Specifically, beef. Research apparently shows that a diet high in beef contributes to infertility in the dieter's male sprog. It's the growth hormones they stuff those poor cows with. This is good, though. I've always believed we dig our own graves with our jawbones. I haven't stopped eating animal products completely, but right now about 5% of my total caloric intake is animal protein. Now if I could just stay away from the butter!
