Is France doing enough for Haiti?

I've been googling for news of donations from France to Haiti and I'm not coming up with much. Some companies like Alcatel-Lucent ... but I hear nothing about the French government. Considering the history France has of plundering resources from Haiti and enslaving Haitian people, you'd think they would dig deep.
