2008 Elections: Women and McCain
Dear women,
Here is what Planned Parenthood would like you to know about John McCain's position on issues that affect women's health:
Remember, your right to vote was dearly bought. Exercise your best judgment and vote in the best interest of your sisters, daughters, lovers, and friends.
In case you're not sure what the issues are, or not convinced that a vote for McCain is a vote against women's rights, please register for an account at the NYT, log in, and read this fine article, brought to our attention by Susan of EasyBakeCoven (via the incomparable Maru).
Because it must never again come to this:
Labels: 2008 elections, conservatives, disgrace, feminism, health, human rights, john mccain, misogyny, nasty old guys, politicians, republican "family" values, republicans, women's rights
Stumble It!

that is a very disturbing picture
if ANYONE who believes in women's health and women's rights, human rights, peace, and optimism is considering voting for mccain......
they should be forced to look at that picture with their eyes pinned open (like in A Clockwork Orange)
I debated not adding it because it really makes me feel ill. And then I thought, you know what, we're all gonna feel ill if that stupid bastard Senile McAncient comes within a mile of the white house. Because our daughters, mothers, sisters, lovers, and friends could wind up like that woman.
Hard to look at that picture...but necessary to. I actually did not known the answers to any of those questions...am glad i stopped by and now i have an even bigger reason not to vote McCain..Yay!
Seinlife
It is, seinlife. It really is.
But, let's face it, it's gonna be our reality if we let Senile McCaincient anywhere near the White House.
