Support the troops ...

... give them filthy water and make KBR rich. We wouldn't want to waste profits on doing a good job now would we. After all, the troops are just pawns from some poor family who probably had no better options. I mean Iraq is working out well for them isn't it? And besides, who cares about them when there is money to be had!
